Prof. Srdjan Skrbic from University of Novi Sad (UNSPMF) participated in the ICIST 2020 that took place in Kopaonik, Serbia on March 8-11, 2020.
ICIST Conference series is one of the top IT scientific events in the region. It is a perfect venue for networking, dissemination of recent research results, getting new project ideas, finding new scientific partners and bringing great vibes back home. It hosts loyal research communities dealing with the areas of information systems, model-based software engineering, e-government, big data, biomedical engineering, semantic web research and since recently, Internet of Things.
Prof. Skrbic presented to the relevant audience the paper ‘Parallel Differentially Private K-Means Implementation Using COMPSs Framework’ and positive feedback was received. This paper presents an implementation of a differentially private k-means clustering algorithm that uses ε-differential privacy, based on the COMPSs framework for parallel computing. This work carried out in the context of I-BiDaaS.
